my story
My name is Milena Hormazabal, and I am an Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience. I have advanced training in the Perception-Action Approach, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Energy Work. Throughout my career, I have helped infants, children, and adults with neurological and orthopedic conditions, chronic physical pain, emotional stress, and autoimmune disorders. My approach addresses healing on multiple levels from the muscular to the cellular, from the physical to the spiritual supporting each individuals journey toward greater well-being.
On and on throughout my job, I have developed an integrative approach called Fluid Energy Body Alignment (FEBA). FEBA is a body-centered treatment approach that utilizes gentle, precise, and holistic manual therapeutic techniques to promote self-healing and self-empowerment. This method embraces the full spectrum of human experience, addressing the spiritual, psychological, emotional, and physical dimensions of well-being.
FEBA therapy is an integration of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, the Perception-Action Approach, and Energy Work. Through this unique combination, FEBA therapy can:
